Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Don't Miss! game (the "App" / "Service"), available as a web app and as native apps on Apple App Store and Google Play, collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Quick summary

We collect an account identifier (email or social login), your in-game username and avatar.
We store gameplay data: match history, rank (MMR), and leaderboard standing.
We show ads through Google AdMob, which may use an advertising identifier.
We do not sell your personal data.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

1. Who we are

The App is operated by the Don't Miss! team ("we", "us", "our"). For any privacy request, contact us at privacy@dontmiss.games.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

Account data — email address and/or a social sign-in identifier (e.g. Google, Apple) used to create and authenticate your account.
Profile data — display name / username and an optional avatar image you upload.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Gameplay data — match results, scores, combo stats, matchmaking rating (MMR), rank, and leaderboard position.
Device & technical data — device type, operating system, app version, language, and IP address (used for security, region routing, and abuse prevention).
Diagnostic data — crash logs and basic performance metrics.

2.3 Information collected by advertising partners

We use Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded ads (e.g. to recharge a skill or protect rank). AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier (such as Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA, when you consent), ad-interaction events, and coarse device data to deliver and measure ads. 4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data on the basis of: contract (to provide the game), legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, service improvement), and consent (personalized ads and the advertising identifier, where required).

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers that host and run the game (cloud hosting, database, analytics) under contract.
Google AdMob for advertising, as described above.
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

Your username, avatar, and rank are visible to other players (opponents, leaderboards) as a normal part of multiplayer gameplay.

6. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or anti-fraud reasons.

7. Your rights & choices

Access / correction / deletion — request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@dontmiss.games.
Account deletion — delete your account from in-app Settings, or email us to do it for you.
Ad personalization — you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
App Tracking Transparency (iOS) — we ask for your permission before using the IDFA for personalized ads; you may decline.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data storage & security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. The App also stores small settings locally on your device (localStorage / IndexedDB) for preferences and offline caching; this stays on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be announced in the App.
