Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Don't Miss! game ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to manipulate matchmaking or rankings.

3. Fair play & conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or modify the client to gain an unfair advantage;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other players (including in chat or usernames);
• disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the App except as allowed by law;
• use offensive, infringing, or illegal content in your profile, name, or avatar.

Gameplay is server-authoritative; we may correct, reset, or invalidate results affected by cheating or errors.

4. Virtual items & ads

• The App may include in-game items, skills, cosmetics, and rank progression. These have no real-world monetary value and are licensed to you, not sold.
• The App displays advertising, including rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad may grant in-game benefits (e.g. recharging a skill or rank protection).
• Any purchases are processed by the platform (Apple / Google) under their terms; refunds follow the platform's policy.

5. Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Matches, rankings, and seasons may be reset for balance or technical reasons.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or harm the Service or other players. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or in-game progress.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
